ABOUT US
L. Madeira Consultancy in Engineering is a U.S.-based civil engineering firm specialized in consulting and execution of urban infrastructure and railway development projects. Headquartered in Kissimmee, Florida, the company also plans to expand operations to HUBZones in Texas and Georgia.
Founded by seasoned civil engineer Leonardo Madeira, with two decades of expertise in heavy construction, project management, and sustainable development. We offer a complete range of services including site evaluation, drainage planning, paving, base stabilization, road regularization, stormwater management, thermit welding, rail track assembly, and full construction oversight. L. Madeira acts as a one-stop shop for infrastructure solutions.
With a mission rooted in community impact, L. Madeira also leads the Road Renew Program, a pro bono initiative aimed at rehabilitating local roads and training residents in basic infrastructure maintenance techniques.
Founder & Head Engineer
Leonardo is a civil engineer with more than twenty years of experience in urban and railway infrastructure projects. He is the founder and technical director of L. Madeira Consultancy in Engineering LLC. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale public and private construction projects in both Brazil and Africa, specializing in paving, drainage, soil stabilization, and railway construction.
He holds an MBA in Project and Business Management, a postgraduate degree in Railway Engineering, and has extensive experience in contract management, quality control, and field execution.
As the creator of the Road Renew Program, Leonardo brings a strong sense of social responsibility to the company, promoting road rehabilitation initiatives and community training. His experience working in Africa—especially in Mozambique—played a key role in inspiring the design of this pro bono project, reinforcing his commitment to inclusive infrastructure development.
His work blends technical excellence, strategic vision, and social impact—core values that define L. Madeira’s presence in the United States.
